"I rent a car a few..."
I rent a car a few times a year, so I already had a feeling their loyalty program would pay off, and it kind of confirms what I thought every time I use it. The discounts and occasional upgrades actually make a noticeable difference, especially for weekend trips. Booking is simple enough, and I haven’t had much to complain about. The only issue was my points showing up late once, but support fixed it quickly, so that didn’t really change my opinion.

"Super easy pickup and dropoff"
Picked up the car with zero hassle, the staff were friendly and I was in and out in just a few mins. Dropoff was even faster, basically just handed over the keys and left... really smooth experience overall

The agreement was clear overall and I didn’t have to dig around to understand the fees. Everything was laid out in a way that made sense. I did ask support a quick question and they basically said, “Yep, the fees are shown right there in that section,” which was helpful and confirmed I was reading it correctly.

"Good insurance options, but yeah... a little pricey!!"
I booked a car through Sixt, i liked that the insurance choices were laid out clearly!! It was easy to see the basic coverage, and then I could add extra protection for stuff like tires, glass, and all that... which definitely made me feel a bit more relaxed before the trip.
The only reason I’d say 4 stars instead of 5 is because the full coverage gets expensive fast!!! Also, some of the wording still made me pause and double-check what was actually included. But overall, the process was easy enough, and there weren’t any big surprises, so I was happy with it!!

I rented a car mostly because I needed a decent child seat and GPS, so that’s what I paid attention to. The child seat was clean and felt sturdy, which was a relief. The GPS worked fine too and got us around without any issues. Didn’t really focus much on anything else, but those two things were good.

I was surprised by how quickly they got someone out to help me. It was smooth and didn’t turn into a big hassle, which I appreciated. That said, if the service ever starts slipping or making me wait around forever, I’d probably start looking somewhere else.

I had to change my pickup time a couple times, then ended up canceling the whole trip. sixt.com made it easy enough. No annoying forms or anything. Got the cancellation confirmation quickly too. Worked fine.

I could see the prices clearly, the site was simple to follow, and I didn’t feel like I was digging through a bunch of pages just to finish the booking. After that, I used the app to check my reservation and pickup info, and that was straightforward too. Based on that experience, it made the rental feel a lot less stressful than I expected

"Damage check felt fair"
I was a little nervous after dropping the car off because they pointed out a small mark during the inspection. sixt sent over the photos and details quickly, and when I emailed the claims team, they replied without turning it into a huge issue. In the end, it was handled in a way that felt fair and clear, if that makes sense. Not exactly something I wanted to deal with, but the whole process was actually fine...

I wasn’t totally sure how the document check would go before renting, but it ended up being super straightforward. Sixt just asked for my driving licence and ID, and the verification was done quickly. No weird steps, no hanging around at the desk forever, and everything was exactly like they described online. Smooth experience overall, I’d definitely rent with them again.

"Cross-border rental went smoother than I expected"
I rented from Sixt for a drive from Germany into Austria, and I was expecting some kind of annoying catch or extra hassle. Cross-border stuff can easily turn into a headache, so I was a bit on edge about it.
I asked at the counter to make sure everything was allowed, and they explained it clearly, added the permission to the booking, and gave me paperwork that actually made sense. No last-minute confusion, no weird surprise fee popping up later, which was a relief.

The car was clean and ready when I got there, and returning it was quick too. I still don’t love having to think about all the rules when crossing borders, but Sixt made this one painless. 5 stars from me

"Smooth rental with clear mileage info"
I booked my car through sixt and had a good experience overall. What I appreciated most was that the mileage allowance was clearly shown before checkout, so I knew exactly what was included and didn’t have to dig through the fine print. I do wish the unlimited mileage option was a bit more affordable, but at least there were no surprise fees when I returned the car.
